House Rules
To ensure a safe, happy, and comfortable environment for all our furry guest, we kindly ask pet parents to follow these house rules

Vaccinations
All pups must be up to date on rabies, distemper/parvo & canine influenza shots.
Proof of vaccination is required before services begin.

Potty habits
Dogs should be house-trained or mostly potty-trained. Belly bands may be required for habitual markers indoors. Please bring your own, or we can provide one for a small additional fee.

Medications
We're happy to administer medications with clear instructions. However, we cannot be held liable if a pet refuses to take their medication despite our best efforts.

Flea & tick protection
Guest must be on regular flea & tick prevention. This helps keep everyone itch-free and healthy.

Crate use
If your dog is crate-trained, feel free to bring their crate for naps or overnight stays, it gives them a familiar space to relax.

Personal items
You're welcome to bring a favourite blanket or toy. While we do our best to keep belongings safe, we can't be responsible for loss or wear and tear.

Friendly & well-socialized
We welcome social, non-aggressive dogs who enjoy the company of others. If your pup prefers solo time, let's chat to find the best fit.

Food & feeding
Please bring your dog's regular food in labeled containers or bags. Sudden diet changes can cause tummy upsets.

Drop-off & Pick-up
We kindly ask that you arrive at the agreed times.Late pickups may result in additional charges or an overnight boarding fee.

Big Backyard
Your pet will enjoy supervised playtime in our spacious, fully fenced backyard. Perfect for zoomies, sunbathing and sniffing around in a safe and secure environment.
Cozy Indoors
Pets can relax in a warm, home-style environment with plenty of space to roam freely, lounge on comfy beds, or curl up in their favourite corner. Its just like home, only with more belly rubs!
